Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience with at least 2 to 8 years in the field of IT. Must have experience in handling operations in any customer service delivery organization. Willingness to work in a 24x7 operational environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support critical infra and ensure minimal downtime.
