Job Description - Network Expansion Manager

1. Network Expansion Strategy:

• Develop a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned
with the company's business objectives and growth targets.

• Identify potential market opportunities, analyze
competition, and evaluate market demand to determine suitable locations for new
dealerships.

• Collaborate with the executive team to define network
expansion goals, budgets, and timelines.

2. Dealer Identification and Selection:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential
dealer partners who align with the company's values, brand image, and quality
standards.

• Establish selection criteria and evaluate prospective
dealers based on their financial stability, market presence, infrastructure,
and capabilities.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential
dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of qualified prospects.

3. Dealer Development and Management:

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including sales,
marketing, and operations, to develop dealer development programs, training
initiatives, and incentive schemes.

• Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales
targets, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective marketing
strategies.

• Conduct periodic performance reviews, track key metrics,
and provide actionable insights and recommendations to dealers for continuous
improvement.

4. Relationship Building:

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers,
acting as the primary point of contact for their concerns, feedback, and
business development opportunities.

• Organize regular dealer meetings, workshops, and
conferences to foster collaboration, share best practices, and provide updates
on company initiatives.

• Collaborate with dealers to develop joint marketing
campaigns, promotional activities, and brand -building initiatives.

5. Market Intelligence:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats
to the company's network expansion plans.

• Conduct market visits, gather customer feedback, and
provide insights into product

development and marketing teams for product improvements and
new product launches.


Requirements

- Should be Bachelor's in Automobile / Mechanical Or Masters's in relevant
- Minimum 5 years of experience dealer onboarding
- Good geographical knowledge and market trends 
- Good network connects in generating leads
- Great communicator and convincing capabilities with timely follow up.
