Job Description - Network Lead

Technical Knowledge and experience on Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies and fix layer 2 and layer 3 issues
- Analysis, Update and closing of Service desk ticket on time to target 99.99 % SLT per month
- Raising service request call with AMC vendor to fix the hardware issues with production devices and change requests on need basis
- Monitoring Health status of the network and Capturing Network Utilization statistics
- Updating the network Documentation
- Active participation in Day to Day activities and Week end changes
- Exhibit ability to work with the peer teams and resolve the issues
