Eligibility Criteria

✅ B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification
✅ CCNA or equivalent IP Networking certification preferred
✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in a NOC, Network Support, or Network Operations environment
✅ Hands-on experience in network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance.


• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network incidents within defined SLAs.


• Perform fault isolation and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.


• Maintain operational documentation and incident records.


• Support continuous network availability in a 24x7 operations environment.
