Network Support Engineer

Job Description:
Weare looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability in a data center environment.
Responsibilities:
● Design and deploy data center network architecture, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
● Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and applications in the data center environment.
● Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, such as network topology, IP addressing, and diagrams.
● Collaborate with IT teams to integrate networks with servers, applications, and security systems.
● Monitor network performance and provide proactive analysis to identify potential issues.
● Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including outages and connectivity issues.
● Stayupdated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for data center networking.
● Manage OS installations (Windows and Linux Systems) and RAID setups.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing and switching protocols, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
● Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
● Knowledge of network security concepts, including access control, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
