Responsibilities:

Assist in pre -operative evaluations, including patient history review, imaging interpretation, and treatment planning.
Participate in surgical procedures involving spine and trauma -related neurosurgical interventions under supervision.
Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, physiotherapists, and critical care teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
Monitor post -operative patients for complications, manage pain, and coordinate rehabilitation efforts.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including operative notes, progress reports, and follow -up documentation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery, trauma care, and spine surgery through continuous learning and professional development.
Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and ethical guidelines in all clinical activities.
Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects as required.
