Neuro Surgeon

We are seeking a
highly skilled and meticulous Neurosurgeon to join our advanced surgical
team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and surgically treating
conditions of the brain, spine, and nervous system. This role demands
precision, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of
patient care before, during, and after neurosurgical procedures.

Qualifications:
● Medical degree (MBBS, MS/MCh/DNB) from an accredited institution.
● Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship or super -specialty
training in Neurosurgery.
● Board certification in Neurosurgery.
● Valid medical license to practice in [Insert State/Region].
● Exceptional hand -eye coordination and surgical dexterity.
● Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
● Excellent communication and decision -making abilities under pressure.

Key
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological disorders requiring surgical
intervention.
● Plan and perform complex surgeries on the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral
nerves.
● Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, ICU teams, and rehabilitation
specialists to provide holistic care.
● Monitor patients’ progress postoperatively and manage complications or
revisions if needed.
● Utilize advanced imaging and navigation technologies to support surgical
precision.
● Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and
recovery expectations.
● Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and utilize EHR systems.
● Participate in emergency trauma call coverage as needed.
● Stay current with evolving surgical techniques, devices, and neurosurgical
research.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience with both cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures.
● Exposure to neurotrauma, neuro -oncology, or vascular neurosurgery is a plus.
● Proficiency with neuro -navigation and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
● Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
● Teaching or research experience is an added advantage.
