### *Responsibilities*
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, brain tumor resections, aneurysm clipping, and intracranial hemorrhage evacuation.
- Conduct minimally invasive spinal surgeries, including microdiscectomy, spinal decompression, and spinal stabilization procedures.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions such as spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, neurointensivists, and rehabilitation specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Utilize advanced imaging modalities (CT, MRI, angiography) for preoperative planning and postoperative monitoring.
- Provide expert consultation for complex neurological cases and participate in surgical rounds and case discussions.
- Maintain meticulous surgical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior surgeons, residents, and medical students in clinical and surgical best practices.
- Stay current with emerging neurosurgical techniques, technologies, and research to enhance patient outcomes.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS with MD/MS in Neurosurgery or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands -on clinical and surgical experience in a hospital or tertiary care setting.
- Proven expertise in performing microdiscectomy and other spinal surgical procedures with demonstrated success rates.
- In -depth knowledge and practical experience in managing spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) with surgical intervention.
- Proficiency in using intraoperative imaging, neuronavigation systems, and endoscopic techniques.
- Strong decision -making skills under pressure, with the ability to manage emergency neurosurgical cases.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to function effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in continuing medical education (CME) programs.
