Requirements:

MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery (DNB or MS in Neurosurgery) from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical unit.
Proficiency in open and minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques, including endoscopic and stereotactic procedures.
Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and advanced diagnostic imaging interpretation.
Excellent decision-making, technical precision, and ability to perform under pressure in critical situations.
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
