Key Responsibility:

Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.


Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.


Finding and developing new markets and improving sales


Engage with potential customers by setting up meetings/discussions and convert leads into business


Have a great understanding of the digital industry, business, and services and how they can benefit clients


Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships in addition to excellent presentation and negotiation skills.


Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations


Identify potential clients, and set up meetings with the top management / decision-makers within the client's organization.


Plan approach decks and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients.


Create pitch decks and should have the ability to present them to clients


Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close business with prospective clients.


Ability to establish long term associations with prospects and existing clients to retain business


Excellent sales and marketing abilities for in-person & B2B sales activities.


Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company's short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met


To possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.

Masters/Bachelors + MBA degree & relevant experience (3+ years)
