The Opportunity 

This role is responsible for driving new growth opportunities for GPN across South Asia and emerging channels in India. The incumbent will build and scale distributor partnerships across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives while developing new routes-to-market such as HORECA, Institutional, CSD/CPC, Corporate Wellness and other whitespace channels in India. The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong business development, partnership management and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1) South Asia Business Development

• Drive growth across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives.


• Identify, onboard and manage distributors and key partners.


• Develop annual business plans, forecasts and market expansion initiatives.


• Monitor business performance, distribution and profitability.

2) New Channel Development - India

• Develop new revenue streams through channels where GPN has limited presence today.


• Build partnerships across HORECA, CSD/CPC, Institutional, Corporate Wellness, Sports Academies and other emerging channels.


• Develop channel-specific commercial propositions and growth plans.


• Drive customer acquisition and account development.

3) Scale Winning Models

• Pilot new business opportunities and scale successful models across geographies and customers.


• Expand strategic partnerships into larger, sustainable revenue streams.


• Build repeatable go-to-market approaches for new markets and channels.


• Identify whitespace opportunities to accelerate growth.


• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory teams to ensure successful execution.

 The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA preferred.


• 4-6 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition or Food industries.


• Experience in Business Development, Export Sales, Institutional Sales or Alternate Channel Management.


• Understanding of distributor economics, commercial negotiations and cross-border trade dynamics.


• Experience handling HORECA, Institutional Business, CSD/CPC or similar alternate channels preferred.
