Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

1. Based on styling surfaces and volumes, concept Layout and packaging of internal lighting parts


2. Incorporate all aspects of functionality, performance, regulatory requirements and manufacturability

Competency Requirements

Technical

• Expertise in UG NX Version and conversant with ACAD


• Expertise in TeamCenter Engineering


• MS Office including Power point, Excel etc.


• Expertise in relevant FEA tools like Hyper Mesh, Romax, etc.


• Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA and DFS aspects


• Expertise in preparing 2D drawings & Knowledge of GD&T


• Good knowledge of and exposure to relevant manufacturing processes inhouse as well as at vendors

Proficiencies

• Good knowledge of design concepts for automotive or 2W lighting, including all types of light source like bulb, LED etc.


• Knowledge about automotive and 2W industry standards and regulations, applicable globally for 2-Wheeler.


• Exposure to lamps/ bulbs/ LED manufacturing and validation facilities

Preferred experience 

• Experience in working with Automotive or 2-Wheeler lighting system parts.
