New Product Development Lead

We are looking for an NPD Lead who can lead the end-to-end new product development process from idea generation to product launch. The role involves market research, trend analysis, product innovation, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and product innovation initiatives

• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, packaging, and vendor teams
  
• Manage product sampling, testing, and launch timelines
  
• Work on product positioning, concepts, and improvements
