NOC- Manager

We are seeking a Senior SolarWinds Engineer to lead the
design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of
enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and
scalability of monitoring across network, server, application, and
cloud environments. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert,
provide technical leadership, and establish monitoring standards and
best practices.NOC- Manager

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level monitoring solutions using the SolarWinds platform

·  Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for SolarWinds tools and integrations

·  Develop and maintain monitoring standards, alerting strategies, dashboards, and reporting

·  Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the SolarWinds platform

·  Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform advanced root cause analysis for complex incidents

·  Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and application teams

·  Support capacity planning, performance optimization, and trend analysis

·  Lead upgrades, patching, backups, and lifecycle management of the SolarWinds environment

·  Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and operational teams

·  Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
