Job Description - NodeJS Developer

Role: Node.js Developer

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Need Type/Notice: Immediate - 15 days

Package: Upto 20 LPA

Shift timing: 2 -11 PM

Locations: Bangalore

Job Description:

3–4 years building production services with Node.js & TypeScript.

Frameworks: NestJS (preferred) and/or Express.

Datastores: Strong in MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing) and familiarity with Cassandra (data modeling, partitioning, consistency).

SQL fundamentals (joins, transactions, indexing) and NoSQL patterns.

Kafka: Experience with event streaming, consumer groups, at‑least/at‑most‑once semantics.

Testing: Jest unit/integration testing, mocking, coverage.

CI/CD: GitHub (PR workflows), GitHub Actions/Cloud Build; artifact/versioning best practices.

Cloud: Hands -on with GCP services ; GKE for container orchestration (deployments, services, configmaps, autoscaling).

Git/GitHub: Branching strategies, code reviews, PR hygiene.

JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals (async, promises, error handling, ES modules).

Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, caching, pagination, and API security.
