About Us:

Pinnium is a high growth startup. We are a tech-driven, B2B supplier of goods to restaurants, delivery and packaging industries. Our mission is to organize the unorganized sectors and provide a superior and seamless procurement experience for businesses. We currently supply delivery bags, industrial uniforms, chef wear, packaging solutions, etc. Some of our customers include UberEATS, Flipkart, Amazon, Foodpanda, Coca Cola, Faasos, Grofers, Big Basket, Dominos, Freshmenu, Licious, etc and 1000s of restaurants across India. Pinnium also caters to international customers across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.

We are building next-generation B2B platforms for businesses to conduct their procurement in a seamless manner. We are looking for hands-on rockstar developers to join us in building the platform.

About Role:

• You will be responsible to build products that will be used by a variety of customers from multibillion-dollar companies to small startups. You will be responsible for leading the efforts for technology and effective code writing.


• At Pinnium, you will be responsible for building your own team in the long run.

Skills Required:

• Great at building server-side performant microservices in NodeJs & ExpressJs.


• Experience and knowledge of the Microservices pattern with the pros, cons & pitfalls associated

• Proficient in writing server-side applications using Node & ExpressJS


• Knowledge and preferably experience in event-driven architecture & messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka(preferred) for inter-service communication.


• Database modelling & experience in Relational(PostgreSQL) & Non Relational(MongoDB) databases


• Understand how to debug hard problems in HTTP, XHR, JSON, CORS, SSL, S3, etc.


• DevOps knowledge, especially in Docker & kubernetes, preferred


• Experience in Frontend especially in ReactJS, Redux, ImmutableJS, Redux-saga, HTML, CSS preferred


• Ability to plan core architecture, and to enhance it from time to time


• A strong analytical mindset to derive actionable analytics from data


• Ability to grasp the business needs of the company and build/ tinker the product according to it from time to time

• Build to scale

Academic Qualification:

• BE/B. Tech from premier institutions like IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT is preferred

Work Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a developer in a fast-paced environment


• Prior work experience in a platform based company will be beneficial


• Experience in building a platform/ SaaS product will be beneficial


• Contributions to open-source are a plus
