Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled NodeJS Developer(3 to 4 Years experience) with a strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have experience with ORM tools, AWS services, and various communication APIs. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

You’ll join a team of pro-level software engineers and solution gurus working on challenging applications and service-based product development.

We care about building a codebase that allows us to move quickly but is also maintainable in the long term. The person should be passionate about maintaining a clean and maintainable codebase.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.


• Implement and manage ORM tools such as TypeORM, Sequelize, Prisma, or Mongoose.


• Integrate third-party services like AWS S3, EC2, SendGrid, Twilio, and Firebase for notifications.


• Utilize Git for version control and Postman for API development and testing.


• Develop server-side logic using Express and potentially other frameworks like NestJS or Feathers.


• Collaborate with front-end developers and potentially work with frameworks like ReactJS or NextJS.


• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest, Mocha, or Chai.


• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.


• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.


• Strong SQL knowledge and experience.


• Experience with ORM tools such as TypeORM or Sequelize.


• Familiarity with Git for version control.


• Proficiency with Postman for API development.


• Experience with Express framework.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with any other programming language like Python.


• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.


• Experience with ORM tools like Prisma or Mongoose.


• Knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2).


• Experience with email services like SendGrid and SMS services like Twilio.


• Familiarity with Firebase notifications.


• Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS or NextJS.


• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
