Non IT Recruiter - (Ahmedabad Onsite Only)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Source and identify potential candidates through online channels and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates using various selection tools and techniques
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate interactions and data
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Non IT Recruiter or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
