Set up summarization, drafting, knowledge generation, and AI workflows.
Support workshops, requirement gathering, and use case realization.
Collaborate with architects and platform teams.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Hands-on NOW Assist and ITSM implementation experience.
Strong understanding of GenAI use cases within ServiceNow.
