Role Contour:
Manage the end-to-end Events and Promotional activities that showcases company's products and services for the assigned NPCI product or Service and focus on driving its go-to-market strategies and improving product visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
- Identification of relevant international industry conferences, sign up and preparation of conference contribution.
- Develop and execute events and promotion strategy to align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage budget, logistics and timelines for events and promotions.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams such as sales, product, and design to develop event themes, collateral messaging, and customer experiences.
- Identify and secure sustainable event venues, vendors, and sponsors to enhance the event experience.
- Oversee event registration, attendee management and on-site co-ordination.
Marketing promotions:
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to support events and drive customer engagement.
- Manage social media handles of NIPL and execute social media campaigns
- Utilise marketing tools and customer segmentation strategies to personalise promotions.
- Cultivate relationships with keys partners, events to co-host events.
- Analyse events performance data, attendee feedback and lead generation metrics to identify arears of improvement and optimization.
- Work with UPI ecosystem partners to ensure that brand guidelines are being followed and we leverage their strengths and capabilities to promote the product / services for the good of end consumers.
- Work with social agency to ensure we are promoting contextual and relevant content to our audiences.
- Promote product / service offerings through partners / merchants offers/ tie-ups.
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Compliance to Marketing governance and standards
- Ensure audit compliance for all projects / campaigns.
- Drive end to end marketing campaigns and work with external agencies for collateral creation for various events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of work experience in event management, social media management and marketing activities
- MBA from a reputed college
- Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate date into actionable insights.
- Good knowledge of Payments domain, Payments Technology, Products, Operations, Risk & Other related functions.
- Proficiency in managing social media and running promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relations and collaborate with stakeholders
