We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is essential in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children aged 3–5. The Nursery Teacher will play a vital role in fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age -appropriate activities, play -based learning, and consistent positive interactions. With a focus on holistic growth, this position supports the foundational years of education, helping children build confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, creative, and committed to nurturing each child’s unique potential.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to nursery -level learners.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and unstructured play.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress and promote consistent communication.
Monitor and document children’s developmental milestones and behaviour.
Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and adherence to safety protocols.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school -wide initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification or license for nursery -level education (as applicable).
0–2 years of experience in a nursery or early childhood classroom setting.
Strong understanding of child development stages and play -based learning principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team -oriented environment.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
