Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain neonatal incubators to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels for infants.
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on incubation equipment, documenting all readings and interventions.
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff to adjust incubator settings based on infant vitals and clinical needs.
Respond promptly to alarms and system malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to infant care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of incubator usage, patient status, and care interventions.
Assist in the sterilization, cleaning, and preparation of incubation units between patient use.
Provide support during emergency situations involving neonatal resuscitation or stabilization within incubators.
Participate in training and competency assessments related to incubation technology and neonatal care protocols.
Promote a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the neonatal care unit.
