Nursing Supervisor -Kozhikode

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations and patient care activities.
  
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  
• Guide, mentor, and support nurses and caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care.
  
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
  
• Develop and implement action plans to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
  
• Review patient care plans and ensure their appropriate implementation.
  
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely reporting of significant changes.
  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and reports.
  
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, families, nurses, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Conduct clinical audits, quality checks, and field supervision visits as required.
  
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control practices and patient safety standards.
  
• Identify operational and clinical challenges and take appropriate corrective actions.
  
• Support the training and development of nursing and caregiving teams.
