Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader â Travel Consultant (Sales) for US Based MNC in Mohali , who can lead a team of travel consultants, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of travel products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Lead and manage a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets.
⢠Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
⢠Handle client queries, escalations, and high-value bookings.
⢠Guide the team in preparing quotations, itineraries, and closing sales.
⢠Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and team performance.
⢠Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
⢠5â10 years of experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
⢠Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
⢠Excellent communication and sales skills; must be confident in handling clients.
⢠Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.
⢠Strong leadership and team management skills.
⢠Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
