Hiring Travel Sales Consultant for a Reputed/MNC company located at Mohali

Requirements

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced and dynamic Travel Consultant (Sales) for US Based MNC in Mohali , who can manage a team of travel consultants, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of travel products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

â¢ Manage a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets.

â¢ Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.

â¢ Handle client queries, escalations, and high-value bookings.

â¢ Guide the team in preparing quotations, itineraries, and closing sales.

â¢ Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and team performance.

â¢ Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management and operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

â¢ 1â5 years of experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.

â¢ Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.

â¢ Excellent communication and sales skills; must be confident in handling clients.

â¢ Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.

â¢ Strong leadership and team management skills.

â¢ Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
