Job Description - O2C Executive Spanish Specialist

We're Hiring | O2C Executive – Spanish Specialist

Location: Sector 54, Gurugram

Experience: 3–5 Years

Budget: Up to ₹8–9 LPA

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related field

Requirements

? Mandatory Skills

âï¸ 3–5 Years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process

âï¸ Spanish Fluency – Mandatory (Speak, Read & Write)

âï¸ Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Customer Billing

âï¸ Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking

âï¸ Strong understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations

âï¸ Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas & Data Analysis

âï¸ Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles

âï¸ Strong Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

? Preferred Skills

â Experience with ERP Systems – SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics

â Prior experience in SSC / GCC / Telecom Environment

â Knowledge of Invoice Dispute Resolution & Customer Account Management
