Job Description - O&M Manager

To plan, manage, and execute Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts under assigned responsibility in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational targets, client requirements, safety standards, statutory compliance, and company objectives, ensuring efficient plant performance, uninterrupted operations, optimum resource utilization, and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. To plan all resources, including manpower along with HR, to manage O&M contracts smoothly.

2. Review operations in all sites on an ongoing basis.

3. To coordinate with supporting functions to meet specific site requirements.

4. Ensure maximized revenue generation for each location.

5. To ensure all processes are followed to fulfill statutory compliance requirements.

6. To follow all client guidelines and the statutory requirements in terms of safety and security.

7. To ensure completion of all billing and collection every month as per the PO Guidelines.

8. To procure training in specific areas at site locations, periodically, and ensure that all personnel are competent for their roles.

9. To maximize Customer Satisfaction and maintain relations with long-term partnership objectives.

10. Client target/objectives to be borne in mind and achieved.

11. To ensure there are no pending issues, complaints, documentation delays, or unresolved matters with clients related to O&M operations, and to maintain timely closure of all client requirements and commitments
