As an Observability / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role is integral to helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver impactful services to clients, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming continuous improvement and performance management
- Utilizing analytical thinking and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve service delivery
- Developing and implementing strategies for business process improvement and transformation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and risk management
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality services and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for service management and strategy
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
