Job Description - OD and Culture Specialist (Remote - India)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Thoucentric. We are currently looking for an OD and Culture Specialist in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape organizational culture and drive impactful change within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. The OD and Culture Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that foster engagement, alignment with core values, and overall cultural transformation. The position involves close collaboration with business teams, creating tools and frameworks that influence people practices, and ensuring that the organization’s mission and values are deeply embedded across operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about culture-building, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Accountabilities

  • Drive organizational development initiatives that align with company vision, mission, and values.
  • Establish and nurture a positive workplace culture through innovative practices and frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders to support change management and cultural alignment efforts.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on organizational culture through surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Develop and co-facilitate training programs focused on interpersonal skills, leadership, and cultural immersion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools, methods, and systems that strengthen engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on cultural trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; certifications in Organizational Development are a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or complex environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability in analytical thinking, critical evaluation, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, and managing multiple work streams.
  • Ability to influence and inspire diverse teams while maintaining composure in dynamic situations.
  • Ethical practice, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
