Reporting to the Zonal OEM Account Manager – West, the OEM Account Manager-Vadodara is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of industrial sales, delivering value-driven solutions to customers while leveraging innovative sales tools and strategies to achieve business success. The position will be located in Vadodara (onsite with extensive field travel).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

· Managing and growing the assigned territory by executing tactical sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
· Driving new customer acquisition while identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts
· Strengthening customer relationships through value-based selling and effective negotiation to deliver win-win outcomes
· Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and SFDC
· Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations, including payment collections and issue resolution

The essential requirements of the job include:

Willingness to travel up to 2 to 4 days per week (nights away from home)
· 8 years+ of field sales experience in industrial products or capital goods. Should be familiar with Vadodara and MP territory 
· Proven experience in direct (B2B) field sales within a defined territory
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline (or non-engineering degree with strong industrial sales experience)
· Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC/Salesforce) and sales funnel management
