We are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Office Admin to support the smooth daily operations of our education institution. This role is critical in maintaining efficient administrative functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and contributing to a productive work environment. The Office Admin will play a key role in managing budgets and expenses, streamlining internal processes, and establishing effective filing systems that support organizational transparency and accountability. Responsibilities:
Manage day -to -day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Track, record, and report on departmental budgets and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement standardized internal processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Design, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents, records, and employee files.
Support staff with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements related to financial and record -keeping practices.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries for management review.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to identify administrative needs and implement solutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
0–1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in an educational or nonprofit environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses using spreadsheets or financial tools.
Proven ability to develop and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud -based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SharePoint).
Strong organizational and time -management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving institutional needs.
