Job Description - Office Administrator

Track
the performance of associates and interns using Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs).

Evaluate
productivity, accuracy, and output to assess the overall performance of the
team.

Prepare
regular performance reports and updates for firm management, offering insights
into team efficiency.


Oversee
daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and the efficient use of
resources.

Ensure
compliance with office protocols, particularly regarding data protection and
confidentiality.

Coordinate
with other departments or external vendors to ensure seamless operations and resource
availability.


Encourage
ongoing professional development and learning within the team, fostering a
culture of improvement.

Identify
opportunities to improve workflows and implement technological innovations to
enhance efficiency.

Participate
in firm -wide initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and expand into
emerging areas of law.

    Manage data and appointments for a large client base (45,000 people)

    Ensure smooth team coordination and follow -ups

    Maintain and organize office records and documents

    Handle basic document structuring and typing

    Oversee daily office operations and administration

Requirements

We are looking for a confident and proactive Office Administrator to manage and streamline our operations at Bisani Legal. The ideal candidate should be well -versed in English, Hindi, and Kannada, have computer proficiency, and preferably understand Zoho Office Management.
