Job Description - Office IT Infra (Tech) Engineering Delivery

This role empowers and supports the entire Organization being at the center of Office IT infra, providing world class IT infra including Wi-Fi, Laptops, conference facility, AD management of entire Organization, managing Ubuntu, Mac and Windows OS including security compliance of National Critical Infrastructure.

Making sure there is zero tolerance on the security aspects and at the same time providing highly performant infrastructure.
Be the driving force behind the Digital Payments growth story across India and beyond!
Own asset life management of entire end points of NPCI and its subsidiaries. This includes requirement analysis, technical analysis, purchase requisition, stock management, allocation to end users, managing AMC, write off/ scrap of old assets etc.
Managing asset allocation as per process laid down and inventory management. Testing of new/ existing security agents, patch management and maintaining comprehensive dashboard.
Manage DHCP, DNS, Smart DNS, Active Directory Servers and applications.
Ensure up to date patch management of all Office IT servers.
Ownership of WIFI management and related systems. Appliance based WIFI systems experience is necessary.
Email management of Microsoft and on prim Email security setup and Azure AD knowledge are essential.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft OS, relevant applications of Microsoft for Office are essential.
Knowledge of Linux based OS (Ubuntu) and MAC OS for end points will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ticketing software, asset management software, Drive encryption techniques and security agents for end points will be necessary.
Build strong relationships with all stake holders of organization vendors and OEMS for smooth functioning of the department.
Team management skills are necessary across various locations.
Develop dashboards for Asset life cycle, EOS and EOL of various office IT Servers and applications.
Process oriented SOPs, addressing audit observations for closure, RCA techniques for issues and maintaining TAT for all office IT related activities.
Good-to-Have
Exposure to AI for building solutions to day-to-day operations and implementation of automation techniques etc.
