Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End BGV Operations

• Manage the complete background verification lifecycle for hires across 25+ business units.


• Ensure timely initiation, tracking, completion, and closure of BGV cases as per defined TATs.


• Coordinate with TA Leads and BUHR teams to align BGV activities with hiring plans and DOJ timelines.


• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance checks, and resolution of discrepancies before onboarding clearance. 

2. Vendor Management & SLA Governance

• Act as the primary SPOC for BGV vendors.


• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and TATs.


• Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and data validations.


• Drive corrective actions and support contract governance in coordination with the TA Enablement Manager. 

3. Stakeholder & Escalation Management

• Handle BGV-related escalations from candidates, TA teams, BUHR, and vendors.


• Investigate adverse findings, red flags, and exceptions, and recommend actions in line with policy.


• Provide status updates, communication, and resolution timelines to stakeholders.
