Job Description - Officer - Client Service

What is the roles objective?

Handling Front office and all client service activities at Chennai Branch:

Attending to investor’s /distributor’s, accepting & time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.
Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors & distributors –through calls, walk ins or emails.
Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team & any other department for effective customer delivery.
He/She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
Maintain MIS and other month end reports accurately.
Ensure ethical customer service practices as per the laid guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.

What skills do you need to possess?

What is the prior experience expected?

1-5 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background.

What qualification you should have?

Graduate, Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent.
