About this opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in India payroll, FNF settlements, employee taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, SOX awareness, SuccessFactors proficiency, and hands-on audit exposure.

What you will do:

•    Process monthly payroll and FNF settlements accurately and within defined timelines
•    Manage TDS computations, investment proof validation, Form 16 issuance, and Form 24Q filing
•    Ensure adherence to statutory requirements — PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus Act
•    Maintain SOX-compliant payroll processes with proper documentation, audit trails, and segregation of duties
•    Support internal and external audits; respond to queries and ensure timely closure of observations
•    Process variable payments including STV, LTV, and Impact Awards etc.
•    Generate payroll MIS reports and provide variance analysis for leadership
•    Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.

The skills you bring:

•    3 to 4 years of experience in India Payroll, APAC payroll will be addon, FNF & Taxation, Benefits , with exposure to a headcount of at least 3,000 to 4,000 employees.
•    Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or Finance
•    Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced MS Excel skills
•    Experience in SOX-compliant payroll environments.
•    Prior experience handling variable pay — STV, LTV, and incentive awards, employee benefits and Taxation.
•    Familiarity with Old vs. New Tax Regime etc
•    Strong analytical and communication skills
