Job Description - Officer, Customer Service Officer, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
  • Adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions
  • Proficient in using various software applications and digital tools to support customer service activities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the bank's growth and success
