Team Overview

The Issuer Services business has aggressive business growth goals for the next 3-5 years and has made considerable additional investments in Technology, including quadrupling the size of the technology organization during the past few years. This role is critical to ensure our project oversight and delivery of solutions to the Operations and the Front Office businesses are best in class and scalable to continue supporting growth within the business and our internal technology organization. 

Job Overview

As an Appian Developer, you will support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian low-code platform. Working under the guidance of senior developers, you will contribute to BPM solutions, learn best practices, and grow your expertise in Appian development. This role requires foundational Appian experience, strong coding skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities/Skills

What we’ll need from you:

• 2+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.  
• 5-8 years of general coding/software development experience (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL).

• Proficiency in Appian components (Process Models, SAIL, CDTs).  

• Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and database design.  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.  
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and strong teamwork.  
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Certifications: Appian Associate Developer certification (preferred but not required).
