Job Description - Offline Lead - Retail

Budget upto INR 15LPA(max)

Note : We are looking for immediate joiners

This person would be leading the entire Offline charter for Active Foods business in terms of General Trade, Modern Trade and also scale up across sugar.fit’s Offline clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive sales strategies for both general trade & modern trade channels aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Channel Expansion : Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for channel expansion within general trade and modern trade segments.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure effective distribution and visibility of products.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth within general trade and modern trade channels.
  • Trade Promotions : Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentive programs to stimulate demand and drive sales within both general trade and modern trade channels.
  • Merchandising : Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and availability in both traditional and modern retail environments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Sales Monitoring : Monitor and analyse sales performance, market share, and other relevant KPIs to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management in Offline, preferably within a D2C Brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
