Job Description - Offshore Listing Agent (Onsite)

In this role, you'll manage our product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and categories to maximize search visibility and sales.
Conduct regular audits to ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to launch new products and manage listings for promotions.
Monitor and analyze listing performance, making recommendations to improve traffic and conversion rates.
Handle inquiries and feedback on listings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and listing management tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).
Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce to enhance listing visibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
