OFSAA ERM Functional Consultant (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced OFSAA ERM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, implementation, and support of OFSAA ERM modules for banking and financial services clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge in areas such as Risk Management, Basel regulations, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk, ALM, and Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work on implementation and support of OFSAA ERM suite modules.
• Conduct requirement workshops with business users, risk teams, finance teams, and compliance stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, functional design documents, test cases, and UAT support documentation.
• Configure OFSAA ERM solutions as per business and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams for data mapping, ETL validation, and system integration activities.
• Support data reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution during implementation.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Basel II/III, IFRS9, liquidity and capital adequacy requirements.
• Provide functional support and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and offshore/onshore teams for successful project delivery.

Functional Skills

• Strong experience in OFSAA ERM implementation/support projects.
• Hands-on exposure to one or more OFSAA ERM modules:
• Basel Regulatory Capital
• Liquidity Risk Management
• Market Risk
• Credit Risk Analytics
• ALM (Asset Liability Management)
• FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing)
• Regulatory Reporting
• Strong understanding of banking risk and finance domain.
• Knowledge of Basel regulations and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of OFSAA architecture and data model.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and data validation.
• Familiarity with ETL/data mapping concepts.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Understanding of batch processes and reconciliation activities.
