QA Engineer – IBM Sterling eCommerce

Experience: 6–8 Years

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong expertise in IBM Sterling eCommerce.
  


• Hands-on experience in end-to-end eCommerce application testing.
  


• Strong understanding of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and related business processes.
  


• Experience testing Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Shipping, Returns, and Payment workflows.
  


• Knowledge of CRM and ERP integrations within eCommerce ecosystems.
  


• Experience validating integrations between IBM Sterling OMS and CRM platforms.
  


• Experience testing ERP integrations for order processing, inventory synchronization, pricing, and fulfillment.
  


• Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), EDI, and middleware-based integrations.
  


• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  


• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
  


• Ability to analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
  


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, or similar enterprise platforms.
  


• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
  


• Knowledge of retail, omnichannel commerce, and supply chain processes.
