The Onboarding Executive supports the mobilization and onboarding of new sites by coordinating site readiness, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site surveys, snag audits, and onboarding assessments.
  

• Coordinate onboarding and service transition activities
  

• Prepare and update asset lists, checklists, and onboarding documents
  

• Support training coordination and statutory compliance requirements
  

• Manage onboarding day arrangements (uniforms, ID cards, tools, signage, etc.)
  

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams during mobilization
  

• Support site operations until steady -state and assist in handover to Operations team.

Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering, or related field
  

• 2 -4 years of experience in FM, operations, or onboarding roles preferred
  

• Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic FM software
