Job Description - Onboarding Specialist

Role: On-boarding Specialist (US)

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather essential information about new hires and their roles.
 Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to the U.S. market and company culture.
 Prepare and distribute welcome materials including company policies, benefits information, and onboarding schedules.
 Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation and compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
 Maintain consistent communication with new hires throughout the onboarding process to address questions and provide support.
 Track onboarding progress and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
 Work closely with HR and compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
 1–2 years of experience in US onboarding, or a related field (recruitment experience is a plus).
 Proven ability to design and execute onboarding programs.
 Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and onboarding compliance requirements.
 Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
 A passion for creating a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.
