We are looking for a dedicated and detail -oriented Global
HR Operations Specialist to join our People team. This role will focus on
providing operational support across various HR functions, particularly in
recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
recruitment processes, ATS management, candidate communication, and background
verification. Experience with ATS systems such as Bullhorn, Workday or ADP
workforce is essential.

What to expect in your journey

ATS Management

• Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to
  ensure accurate candidate tracking, workflow, and reporting. Maintain and
  optimize ATS functionality.
  

Candidate Status Updates

• Regularly update candidate status within the ATS and ensure
  accurate communication across recruitment teams and candidates.
  

Email Communication

• Draft and send candidate communication emails, including
  interview scheduling, status updates, and feedback requests, ensuring a
  seamless candidate experience.
  

Resume Screening

• Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and
  suitability for open roles. Conduct initial candidate assessments based on job
  requirements.
  

Feedback Solicitation

• Gather feedback from hiring managers and interviewers after
  interviews, and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.
  

Background Verification

• Coordinate and support background verification processes for
  shortlisted candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal
  requirements.
  

Resume Formatting

• Ensure resumes are formatted according to company standards,
  presenting a professional and consistent representation of candidates.
  

ATS Expertise

• Leverage deep experience with ATS systems to optimize hiring
  processes, manage candidate data, and produce relevant reports.
  
• Recruitment Support: Minimum 1 year of experience in
  HR operations or recruitment support, with a strong focus on ATS management and
  candidate coordination.
  
• Experience with Workday ATS is highly preferred.
  
• Assist the recruitment team in executing global hiring
  strategies. Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer
  acceptance.
  

What you bring to the table

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment
  support, with a strong focus on ATS management and candidate coordination.
  
• Experience with Workday ATS
  is highly preferred.
