Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for helping achieve our company’s financial goals.  The Online Billing Analyst will be responsible for verifying daily billing and processing through our customers Online Billing Portals as well as analyzing rejections, resolving discrepancies and re-billing.

•    Identify online billable invoices

•    Process daily online billing in customer portals

•    Act upon all billing rejections

•    Utilize company specific online billing platforms for invoice creation

•    Maintain database of all online billable invoices and status

•    Analysis of online billing differences including invoice rejections

•    Work with internal sales team and customers in resolution of billing rejections to ensure prompt payment

•    Daily follow-up on progress of past due online billing invoices until payment is received

•    Set up of online portals for automation through 3rd party vendor if warranted

Competencies and skills

•    Experience in Accounts Receivable environment required

•    Must have strong problem-solving and organizational skills

•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

•    Require a strong sense of customer service

•    Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook
