✅The Role

As a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist, you will act as the brand owner for multiple brands and be responsible for ensuring that counterfeit and infringement content is accurately identified and moderated. 

You will play a critical role in maintaining brand integrity by achieving set KPIs and collaborating with various teams to streamline the moderation process.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all moderation and enforcement activities. 

Your role involves conducting regular audits on the content moderated and enforced, ensuring that it aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards

• Content Quality Checks - Conduct quality checks on 10,000 posts (approximately 454 posts per day) and 3,000 images monthly, ensuring compliance with brand-specific KPIs.
• KPI Management - Split quality checks based on the KPIs set for each brand to ensure targets are met.
• Report Review - Review reports for consistency and accuracy, using the provided checklist as a guide.
• Investigation Collaboration - Share notable accounts and clusters with the investigation team for deeper analysis.
• Data Sufficiency - Inform the tech team when data is insufficient to meet brand-related KPIs.
• Moderation Strategy - Ensure that 80% of moderated posts include counterfeit or infringement content, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain this target.
• Accuracy Target - Achieve a 99% accuracy rate on checked posts, reviewing 50% of manually moderated posts.
• Moderator Training - Train moderators on brand guidelines, manual and automatic upload processes, and the use of filters for effective moderation.
• Keyword Context Analysis - Monitor and analyze the usage of counterfeit-related keywords, ensuring appropriate context and application.
• Pricing Vigilance - Monitor highly-priced posts for potential counterfeit activities.
• Image Verification - Regularly review top counterfeit images for relevance and accuracy.
• Domain-Specific Rules - Apply specific moderation rules for domains like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart, ensuring compliance with brand-specific guidelines.
• Manual Updates - Update the manual with new post examples and applicable geo/domains as needed.
• Platform Feasibility - Assess the feasibility of takedown requests on different platforms and check various boards on Grafana.
• Impact Score Definition - Define the impact score for each brand to enhance overall brand protection strategies.
