Job Responsibilities

- Provide online consultations to patients through the assigned platform

- Understand patient concerns and medical history

- Provide appropriate medical advice and treatment within the scope of qualification

- Guide patients regarding investigations, follow-ups and referrals whenever required

- Maintain proper consultation notes and patient records

- Ensure professional and patient-friendly communication

Candidate Profile

- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institution

- Valid registration with the respective medical council

- Good communication and patient-handling skills

- Comfortable with online/video consultations

- Basic smartphone/computer and internet proficiency

- Freshers and experienced doctors can apply
