Position Overview: 

We are looking for a full-time e-commerce online sales executive with experience in catering to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the luxury and lifestyle sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in online customer handling and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and manage all aspects of customer interactions, including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), WhatsApp, voice calls, and emails.

·       Independently manage and close sales via social media channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for customers.

·       Develop and implement strategies for engaging with customers through various online channels to enhance their experience and build brand loyalty.

·       Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

·       Identify and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base to maximize revenue and enhance customer relationships.

·       Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice on product selection, styling, and other inquiries to drive sales.

·       Direct customers to the relevant departments or specialists when necessary to ensure they receive the best possible service.

·       Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries using CRM software.

·       Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams.

·       Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and styling techniques to provide informed and valuable advice to customers.

·       Organize and conduct virtual styling sessions or consultations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales strategies.

·       Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Address any post-purchase inquiries or issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them efficiently.

·       Provide timely escalations to other departments such as Accounts, Production, and Marketing for issues that require specialized attention or intervention.

Qualifications:

·       Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer relationships.

·       Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management tools is a plus..

·       A deep understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.

·       Knowledge of fine jewellery and luxury goods is highly desirable.

·       Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

·       Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

·       Additional certifications or training in luxury sales, customer service, or related areas would be an advantage.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or with e-commerce sales is preferred.
