Position Summary:The Logistics and Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. Key duties include customer order management, inventory management, optimizing warehouse operations, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The executive will also liaise with suppliers and customers, handle queries and claims, and continuously seek improvements to enhance operational efficiency.What You Will Do:- Order Fulfillment: Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing,and dispatching goods, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers and carriers to optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast pallet positioning, order execution, stock transfer and manage supply chain disruptions.- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all shipping and receiving documents, inventory records, and compliance reports are accurately maintained and adhere to regulatory requirements.- Claim Handling: Efficiently manage customer and vendor claims, including processing returns, replacements, refunds, and ensuring satisfactory resolution of issues.- Reverse Logistics: Oversee the reverse logistics process, including the collection, transportation, and storage of returned goods, and ensure they are processed in a timely and cost-effective manner.- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to address queries, provide updates on claims, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse and logistics operations and reduce costs.- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):- Proven 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management.- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.Education (Minimum Level)- Bachelor'sField of Study- Graduate in any field.Years of Experience (Minimum)- 7 - 9 yearsLicenses / CertificationsCertificate in Logistic or warehousingLumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
